A couple of weeks ago, the Panda invited us foodies to BOOF…BOOF is not yet well known among Malaysian foodies, but trust me, it’s something of a hit in Iran. BOOF is basically an Iranian fast-food restaurant, featuring most of the main star attraction in the instant food world like burgers, pizzas, sandwiches and french fries.
This is the photo taken before everyone were ushered into BOOF, one of the well-known Iranian fast food restaurant in the heart of Jalan Sultan Ismail. I went there late, so I missed this part of the foodie program. 😀
The counter was not only clean, but it’s also spacious enough to cater large crowd, so if you will feel comfy if you’re to bring your family and friends there to dine.
The main stars…assorted burgers…
And a few kinds of pizzas to choose from
Plenty of activities were arranged for us foodies before iftar (buka puasa session)
Invited bloggers tried their hands on pizza-making
And we had these for iftar (breaking fast)… french fries with BOOF chicken pizza along with the pizzas made by the foodies earlier on. Basically, it was a cholesterol fest, so not very friendly for those who are on a diet, or those who have cholesterol or heart problems.
The fried chicken was so-so, in my opinion…nothing special, but the chicken burger is something to die for. It was not only moist and tender on the inside and crunchy on the outside, but it was tastefully divine too.
BOOF is currently having Ramadan promotion. Valid from July 21 – August 19 2012- Medium Set Burger for RM10 NETT.
*This offer is NOT valid for delivery, though, so if you asked Foodpanda to deliver this to you, be sure to take note that the price will differ. (Yes, Foodpanda delivers this too, so if these made you drool but you can’t make it to BOOF, you can ask Panda to deliver it to your doorsteps. )
