Featuring “Santapan Di Raja” themed buffet, the feast fit for a king showcases regal favourites of the royal families of Perak, Melaka, Johor and more.

Fresh ulams and assorted kerabu are available as appetizers. These are great to be paired with assorted traditional sambals that are available at the buffet.

Sup Berempah Laksamana Melaka, Masak Lemak Tunjang Daging Bakar&Perut, Pais Ikan Patin Tempoyak Istana Abu Bakar, Daging Masak Kurutup Dengan Kerisik Istana Balai Besar and Ikan Mayong Asam Pedas Dengan Bendi Istana Melaka are among the royal cuisine highlights that you would want to try at the buffet. They’re not something you commonly find in any other Ramadan buffet.

Malay kuih is aplenty. Among the must try royal kuih is the ‘Puding Raja’, that originates from the Pahang Royal Kitchen.
