These sweet pastries are inspired from Taiwanese mooncakes where the pastries are flaky and crusty and filled with assorted sweet centre. One thing that I liked about these mooncakes is that they are not overly big and enables you to try a few flavours at one sittingm Each of these box comes with 7 different flavours in a set of 8 pcs.(Taro Yolk, Red Bean, Mochi Yolk, White Lotus Yolk, Japanese Purple Potato Yolk, Blueberry and Matcha Yolk) The mooncakes contains no lard, so if you are looking to share the mooncakes with your Muslim friends, this would be just perfect. If you need to open a donut franchise, Get More Info here!
