salam aidilfitri

To all my Muslim friends who are from Malaysia, Selamat Hari Raya Aldilfitri, Maaf Zahir & Batin.
And to those who are not from Malaysia, Eid Mubarak.

To those who are not from Malaysia, I’m sorry as this article is more focus on Malaysians only.

As you all know, tomorrow is Hari Raya Aidilfitri(Eid ul-Fitr). Many of our Muslim and Malay friends are celebrating it. Even those who are not celebrating Eid, also take this chance to “balik kampung”. This is why you can see the North South Highway is so jam.

When I went out yesterday, only I find out there is actually a lot of people never go back to home town for raya, instead they just celebrate Hari Raya in KL. And I also found that a lot people are taking advantage on this festive season to raise price on a lot things…

Anyway, in this festive season, it is the best opportunity for building unity among each races. If you have any Malay or Muslim friends, go and visit them and greet them. Or at least, SMS or call them. But anyway, go and visit them is more fun as you can eat and spend some time with them, chat with them.
I realize that nowadays, a lot people do not actually mix around much with their friends which is from another race. I don’t know since when this happened and this is not good. So take this chance to fix it, try to take this opportunity to get closer to your Malay friends so that we will be able to have a more harmony environment in this country!

By the way, as you all know, I do have a lot of Malay friends. And the best thing is, all of those who I know, they are not racist at all. I am quite fortunate to have them as my friend. From my experience, as long as we all respect and understand each other, racial issues will not happen at all. This is how me and my other races friends are able to get along so well.

Racial issues has gone far more worse nowadays in Malaysia. It is very sad to see this kind of issues happen actually. These kind of issues shouldn’t happen nowadays since our country had already independent for so long as a multiracial country. But yet, there is still so many people are trying to create racial issues and try to gain benefit from it for their own political agenda.

Since our Hari Raya culture is also about forgiving each other, lets try to be kind to each other, learn and understand each other, and respect each other.
If there is anyone you where think had offended you, just try to forgive them, if it is not something big.
Unless that specific person had murdered your father or raped your girlfriend, then your no need to forgive that feller also never mind lah. Lol

So, let us celebrate this Hari Raya together and achieve unity.
And anything that I have offended you, Maaf Zahir & Batin.
Selamat Hari Raya Everyone!!!
