Many local product resellers/manufacturers have really bad after sales service. Even something simple like a Pensonic hair blower has problems. I bought that thing some time back, kept in a box for almost a year coz I forgot all about it and the damn plastic became sticky, like it was melting. If something simple like a Hair Blower, they can't get it right I am unsure I would want to get something a little costlier. @Garfield, in fact you are lucky.
