Last week, my wife and I were invited to Utara Coffee House, Armada Hotel to sample some of their Christmas offerings.

Here’s the Christmas buffet spread by Utara Coffee House. Decent but not quite traditional selection of Chrismast food is offered to the diners. Great combination of East meet West in their Christmas menu, I must say.

Not completely traditional as it was, there’s of course the Traditional Christmas Turkey. It comes with Walnut stuffing accompanied with Giblet Gravy and Cranberry Sauce, Mousseline potatoes, Glazed Honey Carrots, Brussels Sprouts and Louisiana Pumpkin Pie. Managed to get a carving of this, and it was fabulous. Wouldn’t mind seconds or third helping of it.

Abit of a Chinese influence here in their offering.Steamed fish in soya sauce, mini yam basket and Chrismas fried rice served in tomato basket.

Here’s some stuff on my plate from the buffet spread. Took it while my wife was busy chatting and catching up with our host and other bloggers. 😀 Black pepper mussels, cold soba noodles, lemon chicken, pasta, tempura calamari ring, etc. 😀 Do try the buffet if you dine there this upcoming Christmas. The buffet is quite impressive.
